City of Roses chapter 1451 of the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA) services AFSA members in Oregon and Southwestern Washington. AFSA is a nonprofit (not for profit) organization lobbying for the rights and benefits of Air Force veterans. The local chapter works primarily with active and retired enlisted members of the Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve.
